Delivery and payments
Delivery
We ship via DPD and InPost - Delivery is usually within 48 hours from the date of shipment - order processing time is approximately 7 business days. In the case of printing, approximately 10 business days. Prints are made on-site on an ongoing basis.
International shipments are arranged by e-mail due to different prices and delivery times depending on the country of delivery. - At the moment, we do not serve countries outside the EU and countries for which customs clearance is required.
Domestic shipping price list:
- DPD courier - PLN 20
- InPost courier - PLN 15
Damaged shipment
If you find damage to the shipment, prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier and prepare photographic documentation of the damage. This will be the basis for accepting the complaint. Writing a report does not trigger the complaint procedure - submit a complaint to us by e-mail.
Payments
You can make payments via:
- Transfers 24
- including BLIK
- PayPal
- ACCOUNT NUMBER FOR TRADITIONAL TRANSFERS: 47 1140 2004 0000 3102 7995 7667 - write the order number and the name and surname relating to the order - it will make it easier to find the transfer - it may extend the order processing time
If you choose the "Cash on delivery" option, the customer is obliged to pay for such an order - if the parcel returns to us and the customer wants to re-ship it, the customer must pay the shipping costs again
